Never use an oxygen tank again! With an oxygen concentrator (also known as an oxygen generator), oxygen is pulled out of the air. Extreme Oxygen provides models to give you "Oxygen to Burn" with units that fit a wide range of needs. These units are reconditioned to new condition and enhanced to increase oxygen pressure and volume.

Extreme Oxygen Concentrator/Generators are rated by pressure and oxygen flow, with static pressure in psi (pounds per square inch) and flow in lpm (liters per minute). Oxygen purity reaches 95%. Actual running pressure is less than static pressure. Because of the low atmospheric pressures at altitude, concentrator/generators are not recommended at elevations above 5,000 feet (1500 meters).

The OX-15 produces 15 psi and 8 lpm.
The OX-10 produces 10 psi and 5 lpm.
The OX-5 produces 7 psi and 5 lpm.

The OX-15 will come closest to bottled oxygen for small torches, such as the Mega Minor, Minor Burner, Mini CC and smaller GTT torches. The maximum size of the flame will be about 75% to 85% of the capacity of the torch, but that is usually the size of flame setting most lampworkers set their torches at. Borosilicate glass (hard glass) flame settings are often set higher than soft glass settings. If you use natural gas instead of propane for your fuel gas, you may find that the natural gas pressure is so low that you may not need an oxygen concentrator/generator bigger than an OX-10. The OX-5 is a small, economical model that can only provide enough oxygen for a small flame, which is fine if you only do tiny flameworked items.

More than one concentrator/generator can be coupled together using an Oxygen Concentrator/Generator Coupler. This will provide increased overall pressure while the torch is running and higher oxygen flow. Models of different pressures and flows can be used together.

Torch Mounted Graphite Pads are available for other torches.

Graphite marvering pad fastens to the top of the torch near the flame. A small lip on the back edge holds small items on top of the graphite surface and another lip located at the bottom and to the front of the graphite is very close to the flame and works as a pre-heater for such things as millefiori. It also aids in making square or rectangular beads. Frees your hands to work the glass.

The American regulators are manufactured by Smith Equipment. They are the finest made and now have an incredible 3 year factory warranty. They hold the steadiest pressures of any single stage regulator and provide years of trouble free service. Adjustable with tank and line pressure gauges. Regulators are sold separately, not in pairs. The robust American Medium Duty regulators can handle up to twelve smaller torches in a large studio or classroom setup. The American Heavy Duty regulators are capable of operating the large studio or classroom setup using larger size torches. The two stage regulators are designed to hold pressures steady over very long periods of time by regulating the set pressure in two stages. This two stage regulation slightly reduces the gas flow capacity and may not be necessary in your application, as lampworking flame settings are typically changed frequently.

The Import Standard Duty regulators can handle one to about five torches, depending upon torch sizes and are proving themselves to be reliable. The Import regulators are adequate, but do have a typical incident rate that import regulators tend to have. They only have a 90 day warranty. Also available are two economy fuel gas regulators. Neither one has gages. On one of the regulators, the pressure is adjustable. The other one, it is not. For use with one or two small torches only.

Twin lead flexible tubing. Grade T Rated for all types of fuel gases and oxygen. The 12½' BC and 25' BC hose comes with standard "B" fitting on one end to connect to regulators and clean cut at the other end with hose clamps to fit on the barb connections at torch. The 12½' BB and 25' BB hoses have "B" fittings at both ends. Propane will eventually rot standard grade R welding hose. Longer hoses available. ¼" ID by 12½', twin lead, Grade T hoses are designed to connect a Foot Pedal or Foot Switch to a Torch. Made up of two lengths. One length is 7' long to connect between the regulator and Foot Petal or Switch. The other length is 5½' to connect between the Foot Petal or Switch and Torch.

Typically, the source for the oxygen and fuel gas connect to the hoses with a "B" connection. Contact us if your connections are different.

The incoming and outgoing hoses to a Foot Pedal or Switch can connect with "B" size screw on connections OR with Hose Barbs ("C"). Hose barbs are usually ¼". Contact us if your hose barbs are different.

The Hot Head Hose Set allows you to connect a bulk fuel tank, such as a barbecue fuel tank, to a single HOT HEAD torch. The 2 Torch Manifold lets you connect either one or two Hot Head torches to a single bulk tank. The 5 Torch Manifold lets you connect from one to five Hot Head torches to a single bulk tank.
The 2 Torch Long Hose Set has a Y Splitter that attaches directly to your bulk tank and then two 12' torch hoses connect it to Hot Head torches. The 2 Torch Short Hose Set has two 5' torch hoses connect it to Hot Head torches.

The 5 Torch Long Hose Set manifold has one 12' lead hose that connects a splitter to the tank and five 12' torch hoses that connects the splitter to Hot Head torches. The 5 Torch Short Hose Set manifold has one 12' lead hose that connects a splitter to the tank and five 5' torch hoses that connects the splitter to Hot Head torches. In front of torch, on the table, is a 9" X 16" metal work surface. Spark lighters use a flint to create a spark and light your torch. You should never have a butane lighter or even matches around the torch area. If you should accidentally touch anything hot, such as the hot end of a glass rod, to a butane lighter it could explode, matches could flare up into a large flame.
