WHERE IS ARROW SPRINGS?

We are located in Northern California, on highway 50, about 30 minutes east of downtown Sacramento, and 10 minutes west of Placerville. Shingle Springs, while different than Cameron Park, shares the same Zip code. We are located on the border to both. Therefore, you may sometimes find us listed on some map search engines in one town or the other.

SITES TO SEE IN THE AREA

There are lots of interesting sites to visit in the region. The discovery site that set off the California Gold Rush, in Coloma, is only 15 minutes away. The original western starting point of the Transcontinental Railway was in Sacramento. So was the Pony Express. You may want to visit The Train Museum in Old Sacramento. The Gold Bud mine is in Placerville. The real "Mother Load" is in the area. Beautiful Lake Tahoe, and its Las Vegas style gambling, is only about 75 miles away. Plus there are lots more sites to see.
